At Taramps, we want you to feel as bold as our designs, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged apparel. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all Taramps tags still attached into the reusable shipping bag and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
